Blazer: Topshop
Skirt (worn as top): H&M
High waisted trousers: Topshop

In this oufit I am wearing a H&M skirt as a top! Why not. It was in the sale at £2.00 and was available in nearly every colour of the rainbow! I get really excited when I see the same item of clothing displayed in every single colour! It always makes me want to buy all of them!

It was a definite struggle to do these trousers up though. My bump is seriously growing now so I was a bit cheeky and changed into some nice maternity jeans to go out in! Being pregnant has really made me realise how little choice of maternity clothes are available for young women! I know that having a baby makes you pretty grown up (Ha!), but I'm still only 23 and I dont want to wear smocks or jeans all day! Topshop have an ok range, but it's so expensive considering I'll only be wearing them for a couple more months (ARGH!) My boyfriend keeps getting worried that once we have the baby I will morph into this 35 year old middle class mum and get the generic mumsy hair cut and walk around in tracksuits all day! So for anyone out there having or thinking about having a baby in their early 20's, trust me it does'nt change how you feel inside as a person. I am nearly 7 months pregnant now, and I still LOVE topshop, experiment with blue nail varnish, dream of a walk in wardrobe and will not give up my bleach blonde hair without a serious fight!

Just want to say thank you to everyone who has been reading my blog and making lovely comments. It really makes my day!  Was also super excited to make the gallery pages on chictopia yesterday! Whoop whoop!

Ok, long post. Rant over. The end.

  1. Ahh what a teeny tiny bump! It's so exciting isn't it? I was pregnant at 23, gave birth on my 24th birthday & I most definitely haven't started wearing tracksuits [well...not outside anyway haha] :) You look beautiful, x

  2. Hehe! I may find my little baby appearing on my 24th birthday too as it's 2 weeks before my due date! Thanks for the lovely comment xx
