Shirt: Topshop
Faux Fur Gilet: Topshop
Skirt: H&M
Tights: M&S
This outfit was so comfortable to wear today! The skirt is so stretchy it kept my bump nice and secure, which stopped my back from getting the odd twinge! I think I should invest in one of those bump bands soon! I love fur gilets too, they go with practically everything and are so soft and furry! What could be better? My hair has changed texture slightly recently. I think it may be down to this new product I have been using that I got as an xmas pressie! I think I shall do a review on it at the weekend, though I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it yet?!
January is such a depressing month! No light (hence terrible pictures), no money, Christmas another year away and I'm approaching 8 months of pregnancy meaning I am becomming more and more immobile! I think I made a terrible mistake in watching a programme called one born every minute the other day, which is basically a documentary about women having babies. I was fairly calm about the prospect of giving birth until I watched a young 20 year old being rushed into surgery, screaming and crying in pain! Argh! So much fun to come!
Went on another major shopping spree for baby yesterday (via internet of course). It wasnt intentional, I just keep remembering things I need, like sheets for the cot!, and then it just keeps adding up! I LOVE the little Joules Mad Hatter cot and nursery collection, but it is a little too pricey for me :( I ended up getting the sleeping bags and cot tidy from them though (Via this amazing site) in the hope that one day I will be able to afford the rest. Though by then she will probably be a teenager and not much into rabbits!
xx
Yes, but to be fair that lass had a 10 pound 10 baby. What I found funny was that Gary was traumatised by the births and I was sitting there shouting "She's got her nails painted!!!" - my sister-in-law, who gave birth in December told me we pregnant ladies are not allowed to have our nails painted after so many weeks because the midwife needs to see the colour of our nails?! (She got into trouble off of her midwife for it!). So I've been avoiding my beautiful polish collection like the plague :(
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit - I was looking at a similar skirt the other day! :) xo
The Joules collection is gorgeous - it's so easy to get carried away isn't it? Giving birth isn't that bad, honestly, well, even if it is, you soon forget! I can't really remember doing it and mine was a bit of a horror show! I do love OBEM - it's in Leeds this time, where I gave birth, I'm a bit ashamed after watching the first one after the show that fella put on!! Oooh and yes Eilidh I was told no nail polish too but only for a water birth? Not really sure why! Love the fur gilet :) x
