Jumper: Topshop (maternity)
Trilby: Topshop
Jeggings: Topshop
Yes, an entire outfit from Topshop. What can I say? I'm obsessed. I used to be a complete River island fan, but over the past year I have fallen in love with Topshop and now wont even consider anything else! Admittedly, it is a little over priced, and there are lots of generic prints and designs that you can actually find much cheaper elsewhere, but for some reason it just doesn't feel the same if it's not from Topshop!
This jumper is actually maternity! I bought it for the journey home from the hospital and it has been sitting in my hospital bag for months! I didnt wear it home as it happens as I was in too much pain and too tired to care what I was wearing. The good news is that it doesn't actually feel like a maternity top, probably because it's a jumper and looks ok baggy anyway. The jeggings are my first non maternity, super stretchy bottoms that I have bought since giving birth and I'm very pleased to say they are a size 8 and fit me! Yay!
I think Alice is developing colic! No! She seems to cry at the same time every single night and it's right bang in the middle of the bedtime routine! Which is totally ruining the entire routine and causing me a lot of headaches. So tonight we are going to try doing bath time a little earlier and if she kicks off, take her for a bit of a drive round the block! Finger crossed!
xx
Doesn't look like a maternity top at all, it's a lovely outfit!
ReplyDeleteAiden has colic - we tried infacol first (tastes like oranges - he loved it! Haha) now we are using colocynth crystals, which seem to be helping - its a wee vile you get in the pharmacy for about £5. Dentinox comic drops worked as well but it smells awful, so can't taste very nice - the wee man hated it, so we're sticking with the crystals! You can put dentinox in the bottle instead of just giving them it but he's on gaviscon for his reflux so I don't want to do that. Baths also help settle his wee tummy.
*hope you find something that works for little Alice soon, the poor wee soul! Xo
