Batiste Dry Shampoo Blush- A review

Tuesday, June 19, 2012

Batiste Dry Shampoo has been a favourite of mine since... well since it first came out! My hair becomes greasy very quickly and often looks limp and lifeless. This product is great for freshening up my hair in between washes, as well as giving it a nice floral smell and much needed lift. When I was pregnant and lacking energy, this product was an actual life saver. I am such a big believer in the idea that when you look good, you feel good too. It's the same now that I'm a new mum. I'm so exhausted after being up most of the night with Alice, and waking up to hair that is stuck to my forehead just makes me feel even worse. That's why I'm such a fan of this product. It's quick, it's easy to use and most importantly IT WORKS.

I simply lift my hair and spray the product directly onto my roots. Then I ruffle my hair through with my fingers and style as I want. It immediately takes away that greasy, wet look and gives my hair a better, easier to manage texture. I love the simplicity but effectiveness of the product. Of course, I must add that it is not an alternative to actually washing your hair! Simply a quick, temporary fix!

Comments

  1. I have the Batiste dry shampoo in tropical/coconut scent, I find that it soaks up all grease in my hair but just doesn't blend in. I have very dark hair so its a bit of a nuisance and I can very rarely use it without making my hair look grey :/ Wish they'd bring out on specialised for dark hair!

  2. Have the mega can of this one. Bought it before Aiden was born (it's funny how you can describe things a pre/post baby haha) and its only just running out! Xo
