For Alice's birthday we went into London for the day, as a family. We took her to the London Aquarium, which was perfect! Not only did she love looking at the fish, sharks and other strange creatures lurking beneath the London pavements, she loved the colours and sounds as well.
Now that Alice has turned one, I find I am noticing toddlers around more and more. That sounds silly to say, I know they were there before, but I just never really took much notice of them! It's like when you want a new pair of shoes, and suddenly everyone else seems to be wearing them. There were a few little toddlers causing absolute hell in one of the rooms. Their parents looked like headless chickens, trying to stop one from catching the fish and the other from running around like a mad man!
I think I just got a taste of what's to come... Eek!
I really need to go to london, always say we're going to but never get round to it. Love the window picture x
