Fruit Tarts

 I made these the other day for a quick snack. So so simple to do. The pastry cases are just 200g plain flour and 100g butter. I moulded them into fairy cake paper cases and blind baked them for 20 minutes. Then filled them with some whipped cream and fruit! Yummy!
