I should probably warn you that this is a VERY photo heavy post without much substance! As you can imagine, it's been pretty busy over here this past week. Christmas just seems to have sailed by without a moments peace and suddenly it all seems very quiet and strange without any wrapping paper over the floor or relatives in and out. So I had a moment free to upload some pictures tonight.
Alice is at the age where she can really appreciate Christmas. She was very excited about her toy kitchen, bubble machine and scooter! It was so lovely to see her so excited and happy and just enjoying Christmas with us. With so much going on, she has been very hyper and eaten too much chocolate so we are starting to try and calm her down again and get her eating her veggies again! But, you know, they're only young once and those sleepless nights were so worth it. And now I think she needs another early night as she had been scooting about all day long and looks shattered. As am I!
So I'll leave you with some pictures from our Christmas:
Was VERY excited about this wind up caterpillar toy I picked up from John Lewis for about 30p. I mean... it's the small things I guess...
She's "eaten" more toy food lately than real food!
She hated her scooter getting dirty so insisted on carrying it across the mud!
She got a car too, as it she always loves playing with it at the toy store!
And naturally, this is what she looks like at 5pm every day! Haha!
Hope you all had a good one! xxx
Lovely pix as always!
