Bushy Park

One of our favourite family "hang-outs" is Bushy Park, just outside of Teddington. It's amazing! There is just so much to do and see and it's huge. Like, really huge, so we can easily spend the day exploring and climbing on logs. Winter is horrid, isn't it? But getting out every day with the children is making it a lot easier to bare! The fresh air, the snippets of sunlight and exercise all equal to happy, worn out children and definitely make me feel healthier too. If you are feeling down, I really would recommend just getting out! Just wrap up in a hundred layers and stick on your wellies, then get out in that mud and start exploring. Winter can be pretty beautiful too!
