Meal Plans and Grocery Shop

I love reading these posts so thought I would post one up myself! This isn't everything we bought but it gives a good idea of the sort of food we buy. One of our new year's resolutions is to eat more healthily as a family, and so we try not to buy too man processed foods. I make everything for the children from scratch, but I am realistic and tend to buy a couple of ready meals for Dave and I.

Above: Chicken and Mushroom pie. Button mushrooms, chicken thighs, ready made puff pastry, OXO chicken stock and parsley.

Pasta Carbonara: Single cream, Cheddar cheese, Penne pasta, bacon and eggs.

Meatballs and Spaghette: Chopped onions, meatballs, onion and spaghetti pasta.

Courgette risotto: Chopped tomatos, button mushrooms, Arborio rice, courgettes and onion

Breakfast: Muffins, juice, Almond milk, blueberries, eggs, crumpets and Alpen

Fruit: Strawberries, Blueberries, Apples and Bananas.
