These are a great simple recipe to make with your kids this Easter. I love how easy they are, and super tasty too. The recipe is so simple too. After Easter, you can always substitute the chocolate chips for crushed up left over Easter eggs! A perfect way to use up all that chocolate you jut can't finish!
The recipe is a simply butter biscuit one:
300g Plain Flour
140g Caster sugar
250g butter
1 egg yolk
You simply whisk all these ingredients together to make a dough, stir in the chocolate pieces, make into biscuit shapes and cook the in over (180, gas 5) for about 20 minutes until golden brown on top. The cross is just a butter and icing sugar mix.
See! Totally easy to make. But super yummy and a great way of dealing with all of those bits of chocolate round the house!
They are so cute and sound very easy to make. I might have to give them a try with my girls x
