Spring Date Night

Dave and I hardly ever get out as just the two of us these days! But it's definitely something we are working on. I think it's easy to neglect date night when you are parents. There's just so much to juggle, so much going on all the time that it's difficult to squeeze in the energy to get out together! 

My favourite dates are always a little spontaneous. I like making a vague plan like... shall we just go into Central London? Or... shall we drive out to the countryside somewhere? And then we just go wherever the wind takes us, whether thats for a nice meal or to the cinema, or just stumbling across I nice food market or something! So, it's important to dress for the occasion. I always have a go-to dress to throw on, with a nice jacket and a bag. Something that doesn't look too dressy (in case we end up at a market or somewhere), but something that can be carried off in a nice restaurant as well!
