Feels like Summer

Oh wow, how much did this weekend feel like the middle of summer?! We got out super early on Sunday to go to Bushy Park in Kingston, our favourite park ever! I'm so glad we were early, because it was pretty much empty and we even got a seat in the cafe, which never happens. Alice has become so confident on her bike recently, so she cycled around the paths while I took a million pictures of the flowers, which were all our in bloom.

By 10.30am, it was already feeling so hot outside, so we stopped for ice cream. I can honestly say, I've never been so excited about the weather before. It's amazing what a little bit of sun can do. I'm already picturing dinners in the garden, lots of park trips, going to the seaside, summer school dresses...

We have a week at the end of May free and are hoping to go away somewhere for it. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them! We are torn between New York, Iceland and Paris (Pretty ambitious, but you've gotta think big, right?!).
